Southwest Airlines

When you’re always on sale, it’s not news.

After helping to successfully pitch and win the Southwest Airlines business, I was asked by the client to join the brand team, tasked with helping them stand out in a crowded market.

To capture the hearts and wallets of fliers, we opted to avoid Golden Gates and Empire State Buildings. In their place, we focused our storytelling efforts within a more conceptual airspace.

I currently lead teams of art directors and copywriters through the creation of large scopes of work, including campaigns, CRM, social, and digital banners.
